Bobby Oliva has managed construction for over 20 years for a variety of building types. He is personally involved in interpreting the contract documents and
turning the design into reality. He supervises the
entire construction of a project including its organization, planning and scheduling in order to complete the work on time, within budget and to the specified quality.

Well organized, creative, and proven construction professional. Experience working with and across crews, teams and clients on Scheduling, constructability, budgeting and cost control. Well versed in all disciplines of construction with hands on and executive experience. Track record of delivering unique and effective projects. Laura has been an integral part of the Laredo construction industry since 2018, bringing her expertise to various building projects. She actively engages in the interpretation of contract documents, transforming design concepts into tangible constructions. Laura takes on the role of overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring the project's success by managing organization, planning, and scheduling. Her dedication ensures that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and up to the highest quality standards.
